Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with V2 Vape Shop. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

In-Store Purchases (V2 Vape Shop, Pakistan) For all in-store purchases, please return the item directly to our shop within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase.

For faulty or damaged items purchased in-store, please return them as soon as possible and we will arrange an exchange.

Online Orders We accept returns on devices within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds — eligible returns will be exchanged for the same or an equivalent item.

If your device arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

E-Liquids, Nic Salts, Disposables, Pods & Coils For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used e-liquids, nic salts, disposables, pods or coils. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong or Missing Items If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.

How to Request a Return For online orders, contact us at fadi@v2vapeshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days. For in-store returns, visit us directly at our Pakistan location.
